As a young boy in primary school, I knew I would be attending Ibadan Grammar School-IGS. My Father was and still a proud Old student of the school (IGS3086 1956-61 set). My father proudly displayed the school badge stickers on the family vehicles. My Uncles, Aunties and brothers attended IGS. I had to follow established family tradition and in 1986, I was enrolled at IGS.
Becoming a proud Mountaineer meant that I would have access to High standards of education, amusement and integration of enduring principles in one of the top schools in Ibadan, Nigeria.
My time at IGS (1986-1992) helped to mold me for the future ahead of me, by instilling discipline, godliness and determination in me.
I will Forever be grateful to my Past Principal and Teachers.
